Founded on the cardinal principles of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love, Sigma Phi Epsilon (SigEp) is dedicated to Building Balanced Men through a four-year, continuous membership development program, the Balanced Man Program. SigEp helps members develop strong personal values, sound minds, sound bodies, academic excellence, and the ability to lead with purpose and responsibility while providing an enjoyable collegiate experience and preparation for success post-graduation.

Our chapter is committed to excellence both on campus and in the Drake community. This spring, SigEp received seven awards for excellence in a variety of community values. Individual members earned awards for IFC Hall of Fame, Outstanding Drake Spirit, Outstanding Chapter Advisor, and Outstanding Campus Involvement, while the fraternity was awarded IFC Outstanding Programming, IFC Highest GPA, and 2026 Chapter of the Year.
