Recruitment Outfit Inspiration

First and foremost, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in what you’re wearing. Recruitment is all about finding a chapter that fits your personality and values – not about what clothes you wear. Please don’t feel like you need to buy clothes, because clothing that reflects you is already in your closet. Just remember to dress for the weather as well! It can get hot outside while you’re waiting to visit the chapters. Being yourself is the most important thing!

Values Night

Values Night is to introduce you to each of our five chapters. You will get to know the chapter’s values, and they will learn about yours. You will wear your Panhellenic T-shirt for Values Night, so just wear whatever bottoms you choose! We recommend wearing shoes that are very comfortable to walk in because you’ll be walking around 34th street.

Sisterhood Night

Sisterhood Night is where you get to have longer conversations with the chapters and take a tour of the chapter facilities. You will start to form deeper connections with chapter members, and hear even more about their philanthropies. We recommend wearing tops and bottoms that make you feel confident but remember that you will be walking upstairs so make sure you feel comfortable in your shoes!

Preference Day

Preference Day is when you will be able to see the chapters’ special ceremonies to show off the connections between their members. You’ll spend the longest amount of time with the chapters in order to envision yourself as a member. We recommend wearing dressier clothes, like a romper, jumpsuit, dress, skirts, etc. Some people do choose to wear heels, but just remember that comfort is most important.

Bid Day

Bid Day is when you will open your bid to your new chapter! We would recommend wearing simple bottoms and a tank top. You will receive a chapter shirt to change into so you match the rest of your new chapter!
